  1. Paso Talks - Tourism

    September 19, 2018, 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM

    "Paso Talks," a new series of public forums presented by the City of Paso Robles, is designed to engage residents about core issues facing the community. Throughout the month of September 2018 Paso Talks will address a series of issues, including: growth and traffic; water; public safety/disaster preparedness; tourism; a vision for the library, recreation, and parks; and the city’s financial status and future. The Tourism forum will highlight findings from a new study on the economic impact of tourism in Paso Robles. Participants will learn about the "halo effect" of the tourism industry and the crucial tax revenue that supports essential services for the community. Representatives from Travel Paso will also share elements and initiatives from its recently completed three-year strategic plan. The full schedule of Paso Talks can be found here:

  3. Heirloom Tomato Festival

    September 22, 2018, 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM @ Windrose Farm

    Come for the traditional Heirloom Tomato Tasting of over 30 varieties, stay for the local chefs and purveyors that will be preparing bites of their favorite recipes using Windrose Farm’s tomatoes and farm fresh produce. The FARMstead ED Pop-up Marketplace and Windrose Farm Stand will be open & selling much of the flavorful fare & products you will be grazing on throughout the afternoon. Kiddo's 10 & under are FREE!   4. Public Workshop - Noise Element and Ordinance

    September 25, 2018, 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM @ EOC Main conference room, ring bell or follow signs

    This is a public "Study Session" to gather resident input on the update to the City's Noise Element of the Paso Robles General Plan. Findings of the noise study completed this summer that measured noise and vibration in and around Paso (from the Fair concerts, Vina Robles, railroad, etc.) will be shared with attendees. Input gathered at this session will help with the preparation of a new Noise Ordinance.

  5. Creek Day

    September 29, 2018, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

    Help pick up trash from our waterways, streets, and parks! Creek Day is a great way to join the effort to protect our beautiful Salinas River by joining regional efforts to remove litter from our beaches, creeks, shorelines, rivers, streets, parks, and neighborhoods; thereby reducing the harmful impact caused by both litter and urban runoff and enhancing the natural beauty of our watershed. Pizza will be served afterwards.
