Resolution of the city council of the city of el Paso de Robles
calling a special election to be held in the city on November 3,
2009, for the purpose of submitting a referendum to the voters
to ratify or reject the city council's approval of adjustments
to water user fees as set forth in
Ordinance
No. 953 N.S., as
adopted by the city council on February 3, 2009.

Regarding the referendum special election set for
November 3, 2009.
The City of El Paso de Robles is calling for submission of arguments for or against City Water Rate Referendum special election to be held November 3, 2009.
Pursuant to Section 9286 of the Elections Code, the final date for the submission of primary arguments for or against the measure shall be Wednesday, August 12, 2009. The date for the submission of the city attorney's impartial analysis of the measure, pursuant to section 9280 of the Elections Code, shall be Wednesday, August 12, 2009.
