Water Conservation and Resource Program Manager

Plan, develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive City-wide water conservation program. This includes all the program materials necessary to educate and promote the efficient use of the City's water supply by its residential, commercial, industrial and irrigation customers. The other primary job function involves providing analysis of water supply and demand trends for use in conservation program planning, rate setting, and capital improvement program planning.

Wastewater Plant Operator I/II
Public Works Department

Under direct or general supervision, provides technical expertise and performs a variety of technical and field support tasks involving skilled or semi-skilled work in the operation, enforcement, maintenance and problem resolution in connection with the operation of an activated sludge wastewater treatment process. Operates a variety of plant equipment and instrumentation, including controllers, pumps, analyzers, flow meters, transducers, chlorinators, blowers and co-generation related equipment. Performs other related duties as required.

You can request to be notified when a position not currently open becomes available by filling out this Interest Form. The City will keep your form on file for six (6) months and notify you if and when a position not currently open becomes available and open for applications.
