REPORT A TRAFFIC PROBLEM

This form is provided so you may report a hazardous or dangerous driving condition directly to our Traffic Officers, such as frequent speeding on your street, drivers running stop signs or parking problems (such as illegal parking).  Complaints will be reviewed and investigated. If you would like to be contacted by the investigating officer, please check the appropriate box at the bottom of this form.  For complaints regarding Traffic Signals, please use the Public Works Department Traffic Signal Report form on the Streets Maintenance page.

Please note that this form is NOT intended to field complaints about traffic volume.
