Graywater Use at Your Home or Business

Graywater is untreated household or building wastewater that has not come in contact with toilet or kitchen sink waste. Essentially, graywater is soapy water from washing machines, bathroom sinks, bathtubs, or showers.

For information on how you can safely reuse graywater for irrigation around your home or business, the following links have been provided. Please note that under certain conditions, a building permit may be required.

Call the City of Paso Robles Building Division at 237-3850 to inquire.
