Free Document Shredding

Paso
Robles Senior Center
Home Instead Senior Care and
The DocuTeam are back again, co-sponsoring our bi-annual Shred
Event, in partnership with the Paso Robles Senior Center. The
DocuTeam’s UltraShred vehicle does not cut documents into strips
or pieces that can be put back together. Rather, every sensitive
document is shredded into the smallest pieces in the document
destruction industry. Senior Center members are invited to bring
their unwanted personal documents to be securely shredded, free
of charge. Shredding personal information is a key step that
individuals can take to prevent becoming victims of identity
theft.
Identity Theft Awareness
Identity theft
is the fastest growing form of consumer fraud in North America.
Consumers can protect themselves against identity theft by
regularly destroying confidential documents, rather than
disposing of them in non-secure places where they can be stolen,
such as garbage bags or recycling bins.
