Story Times & Crafts!
Mondays, 2:30 pm Grade-School Story Time: Animal Tales with Miss Frances. A story and craft appropriate for children in grades K-5.
Tuesdays, 4 pm Grade-School Story Time: Cuentos y Crafts with Miss Cristal. Bilingual stories and craft appropriate for children in grades K-5.
Wednesdays,10 am Preschool Story Time with Miss Melissa. Stories and a craft specially selected for school readiness, ages 4-6.
Thursdays, 10 am Baby Story Time: Mother Goose on the Loose with Miss Carrie. Nursery rhymes and movements to create positive connections, ages 0-18 months.
Fridays, 10 am and 11 am Toddler Story Time with Miss Cappy. Stories, songs and a craft specially selected for early literacy skills, ages 1-3.
Space is limited in the Story Hour Room so come early and pick up a ticket at the Children's Desk.
The Underground Railroad by Colson Whitehead

The Underground Railroad is both the gripping tale of one woman's will to escape the horrors of bondage—and a powerful meditation on the history we all share. The title is available in various formats in the catalog. Space is limited. Registration with Paso Robles City Library card required for each participant. (Group reservations cannot be processed.) For ages 16+.
Embroidered Spring Sampler

March project is a Spring Embroidery Sampler from DMC. Employing traditional stitches used by women beginning in the 19th century, this sampler features flora and fauna found in a springtime meadow. This is a perfect class for beginning and intermediate crafters, requiring a variety of embroidery techniques. Light refreshments will be provided. Space is limited. Registration with Paso Robles City Library card is required for each participant. (Group registrations cannot be processed.) For ages 16+.
Passion for Paso: We Olive!

Learn about all-things-olive! Rudi Lasslett from We Olive will present an informative and delicious olive oil tasting. Learn the process involved in making a fine olive oil, the definition of "Extra Virgin," and the many health benefits derived from olives. Space is limited. Registration is required for each participant. For ages 16+
The Library has partnered with AARP Tax Aide to provide free tax preparation and filing on Saturdays from February 4 through April 8 at the Paso Robles City Library. Visit www.ccfreetax.org or call 805-931-6308 to make an appointment and get the list of all the documents participants will need to bring to their tax appointment. Looking for a particular tax form? The Paso Robles City Library Reference Desk staff can assist with accessing and printing federal and state tax forms.
