Indoor Aquatics Classes at Municipal Pool

There are two aqua-aerobics classes being offered at the Indoor Therapy Pool at Municipal Pool. Please call or email instructor Jennifer Loewen-Nicolds to learn more and register:

Aqua Fit

Low-impact warm-water exercise class to benefit your physical and mental health. This 45 minute class is set to music and designed to decrease pain and stiffness and increase flexibility and range of motion.
Class schedule: Monday/Wednesday • Sessions: 8:30am, 9:10am, 9:50am, 10:30am, 11:10am

Aqua Jam Cardio

Higher energy, low-impact 30 minute warm water workout. This class is designed to be a full body workout in the indoor warm water Municipal Pool.

Adaptive Aquatics - Swimmer Information Form

Offered during the summer months, Adaptive Aquatics allows participants with any intellectual disability to experience the therapeutic benefits of aquatic recreation. The private lessons include a customized lesson plan to fit the swimmer's individual needs.
If your swimmer is registered for Adaptive Aquatics, please complete our Swimmer Information Form. Your input helps customize the lesson plan and experience for your swimmer. All information will be kept confidential. 

About Paso Robles City Pools

The City of Paso Robles offers many different aquatic programs for the individual or for the entire family. There are two outdoor aquatic facilities and one smaller indoor pool.

Centennial Pool

Centennial Pool has a full aquatics schedule during the summer, including:
• Aqua Fitness Classes
• Swimming Lessons
• Public Swim
• SKWIM (fast paced water disc sport)

Centennial Pool is closed during the school year.

Municipal Pool

The Municipal Pool offers a great venue for swim lessons and lap swim. The complex also houses an indoor heated therapy pool.
Municipal Pool is closed to the public but used by PRJUSD schools during the school year, except for aerobics classes in the indoor pool.
