Senior CenterThe Paso Robles Senior Center is open Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Senior Volunteer Services staff will be in the office from 9am-2pm, Monday through Friday.

The Food Bank is still coming the second and fourth Tuesday of the month at 10am. Food Bank offers a Senior Farmers’ Market at 270 Scott Street.  A drive-through service with pre-packaged food is located at Sherwood Park parking lot.

City of Paso Robles Offers Annual Senior Downtown Parking Permits

The City of Paso Robles will be offering 500 annual senior downtown parking permits starting March 28, 2022, to residents of Paso Robles. Seniors 65 and older can purchase a permit for $30. Permits are valid from April 1 – to March 31. With the permit, seniors can park in any paid parking space downtown without additional payment. Click for more information on parking permits.

Computer Assistance

For novices to savvy users, free computer assistance is offered on the Senior Center computers. Take advantage of these one-on-one tutoring sessions covering basic to advanced computer knowledge. Learn how to set up and connect to the Internet and exchange email and photos with your grandchildren if you like. 

Computer Services

The Senior Center has two beautiful computers that are available for members to use daily, so come on in and take a trip on the information highway for free!

Legal Aide for Seniors

Senior Legal Services Project, a program of San Luis Obispo Legal Assistance Foundation, staffs an attorney once a month to provide free legal consultations to North County seniors, age 60+, on matters including housing, planning for incapacity, elder abuse and consumer concerns. To schedule an appointment, call 805-543-5140.  

Lending Library

The library is open to all who enjoy reading a variety of books. There is an extensive selection in both paperback and hardcover; books are borrowed on the honor system. Borrowing a book is free and you're welcome to keep the book until you're done. Read at your leisure!

Affordable Connectivity Program

The Affordable Connectivity Program(ACP) is a U.S. Government program that helps many low income households pay for broadband service and internet connected devices. 

Medicare Counseling - HICAP

 A HICAP volunteer is available to assist you with Medicare issues. To schedule an appointment call HICAP at 805-349-7935.

  • First and second Tuesday of the month, by appointment.

Nutrition Services

A hot lunch is served daily at 11:30 am, provided by Meals That Connect. Suggested donation is $3.00 per meal. Menus are available at the Senior Center and home delivery is also available. Two day advance reservation is required. For reservations call Marlene at 805-238-4831.

Americorps Seniors/RSVP Program

The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program of the Central Coast (RSVP) is a federally funded, non-profit program of Senior Volunteer Services. There is no cost to join. For more information, call Mary or Linda (8am-1pm) at 805-544-8740 or visit the Senior Volunteer Services website.
