Fitness


Kidz Love Soccer: The KLS coaches have adapted their classes into an online platform that are free for everyone. Check out new activity videos posted each week to enjoy from home. Week one is a dribbling session that you can watch here.

GoNoodle®: This website engages 14 million kids every month with movement and mindfulness videos created by child development experts. Available for free at school, home, and everywhere kids are!

iMovement: A free version of the iMoves website featuring quick blast videos such as Samba and Disco along with a mental health and well-being section with guided meditations, Pilates and a worry-monster activity.

Just Dance: Throw a virtual dance party in the living room for the whole family using YouTube’s Just Dance videos as your guide. 

Virtual PE Ideas from We Are Teachers: An extensive list of virtual PE resources that can help you find ways to bust some moves in the great indoors.

American Heart Association: 25 fun and simple ways to stay active just for kids in English and Spanish.

Mindfulness


Yaya Yoga: Vanessa Orr of Yaya Yoga has lots of videos for you and your little one to enjoy. Find virtual kid and tween yoga classes for ages 5-9 and 9-12 on the Yaya Yoga Facebook page.

Free Art Lessons for All AgesArt Classes with Stormy Capalare: Enjoy these free online-directed art lessons for the entire family. All that is needed is paper and something to draw with and any coloring supplies you have on hand (paint, pastels, markers, crayons or colored pencils).
