Today we begin a few more weeks of the Be Well Paso Weekly Challenge! As stay-at-home orders evolve, we’ll continue to help you stay fit, productive, connected, and positive.
JUST FOR FUN - We’ve all heard the popular saying "Laughter is the best medicine." Most psychologists agree that humor helps people take back their sense of power in a powerless situation and it helps them connect with others.
LET’S MOVE - Over the past four weeks, you sampled a variety of exercises. Hopefully, you’ve incorporated many of them into your daily life. Over the next few weeks, we’ll turn you on to a few new ones and reintroduce you to a few of our favorites.

Whenever you feel low, unhappy, or lacking motivation, read attentively a few quotes, and you will see how your mood and state of mind begin to improve.

LET’S MOVE - This exercise helps increase the range of motion in your thumbs, which helps with activities like picking up your toothbrush, fork and spoon, and pens when you write. Hold your hand out in front of you, with your wrist straight. Gently touch your thumb to each of your four fingertips, one at a time, making the shape of an "O." Hold each stretch for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat at least four times on each hand.
