PASO ROBLES, CA – Early this morning (3/4/2020), PRPD & SLO Probation Officers conducted a traffic stop on a probationer in the 1000 block of Veronica.
A passenger in the car, Lowell Henslin, displayed signs of being under the influence of a controlled substance and was ultimately arrested. Inside the car was a suspicious box, which Atascadero State Hospital’s police K-9 "Booker" alerted to. Inside the box was about 5 ounces of meth, 7 grams of heroin, a scale, packaging material, cash, and a pill capsule containing an unknown powder. Henslin was arrested for drug sales.
