Paso Robles Providing Alternatives to In-Person Services

In an effort to protect the health of the community and continue to provide services to the public, the City will continue to provide services via phone, email, and www.prcity.com as follows until public health guidelines change.

City Hall/City Annex Offices: City Hall (1000 Spring Street) and City Annex offices (821 Pine Street, Suite A) will be closed to in person transactions. Staff is available via telephone, email and by appointment if needed.

Community Development: City Hall building closed to the public. Building, Planning, and City Engineer functions fully operational - electronic submittals, approvals, credit card fee payment and permit issuance. 805-237-3850 or www.prcity.com/188/Community-Development for service or further information.

Building, Grading, Encroachment and Fire Inspections: Fully operational via video inspection. Site visits available for limited situations. Inspection Line: 805-227-7222

Fire Stations: Fire & Emergency Services personnel will continue responding to emergency calls for service. Public access to fire stations, including station tours and ride-alongs, have been cancelled. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911. Administrative inquiries can be made by calling (805) 227-7560.

Library: The Library is open for grab-and-go service. Library users are encouraged to browse online collections in advance for materials they wish to take home. Limited computer sessions will be available for up to 20 minutes per user per day. Mobile printing and faxing will be available. All events and classes will continue to take place online. Donations cannot be accepted at this time and the Friends of the Library Gift Shop will remain closed. More info here.

Curbside library service will continue to be available for materials checkout. Items must be placed on hold prior to pickup. More information here.   Online digital collections are available 24/7 via the library website: www.prcity.com/library. Material currently checked out can be returned to the Library book drops located in the Library parking lot.

     Vulnerable Populations: Monday-Saturday: 9:00-10:00 am

     General Public: Monday-Friday: 10:00 am-7 pm; Saturday: 10:00 am-4 pm

Library Videos

Recreation Services/Centennial Park: Centennial Park pickleball and tennis courts as well as Centennial Park outdoor restrooms will reopen as of Monday, June 1 with use of social distancing guidelines. A select number of recreation classes will also return outdoors at Centennial Park beginning Monday, June 1. Many indoor and aquatics summer offerings have been postponed or canceled until further notice. At this time, city playgrounds, fields and picnic/barbecue areas remain closed until further notice. Phone and Digital Services Available: City staff will be available to assist the public remotely, through phone, email, the City website, and by appointment if needed. Key phone numbers are below and a full directory is available online at: www.prcity.com/directory

Public Safety Center: In addition to the service response alterations already implemented by the Police Department, the Public Safety Center lobby will be closed. The telephone located immediately on the outside of the Public Safety Center at 900 Park Street is available to connect to police dispatch.
