[ARCHIVED] Mural Policy Code Update

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Paso Robles Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to consider the following project:

Project Description:
RZN18-06 Mural Policy Update - Code Update
Rezone 18-06 (P18-0050) A Zoning Ordinance code text amendment (Uptown / TownCenter Specific Plan Area "Downtown") to add chapter 21.51 to the municipal code to allow original art murals and vintage art murals on private buildings.

Location: Downtown - West of River
CEQA Determination: The project is subject to the following environmental document:
Statutory Exemption 15061(b)(3). This amendment is covered by the general rule that CEQA applies only to projects which have the potential for causing a significant effect on the environment. Where it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity in question may have a significant effect on the environment, the activity is not subject to CEQA.

Hearing Date:
The Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on 8/28/2018, at 6:30 p.m. at the Library Conference Center, 1000 Spring Street, Paso Robles, CA 93446.

Challenge to the application in court, will be limited to issues raised at the public hearings or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission or City Council at, or prior to, the public hearings.
