PASO ROBLES, CA – On Thursday, September 20th, 2018,
officers from the Paso Robles PD responded to an interrupted burglary in the
1200 block of Katherine Ct. The owner of the residence had returned home and
discovered a HMA, later identified by surveillance footage as Jose Armando
Montes Guillen (20), inside of her bedroom. Guillen had a black backpack full
of the victim’s belongings an
d fled out an open bedroom window.
Guillen lives in the same area and is believed to be
responsible for additional burglaries within the neighborhood. Guillen is described
as a HMA, 20 years old, 5-11, 240 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes. Guillen
is known to frequent the local motels in San Luis Obispo County.
