Paso Robles, CA - As we approach the Fourth of July, the City of Paso Robles is calling on volunteers to help make the annual celebration a success.

The July 4th celebration is one of the most anticipated events in the city, and it requires a lot of work behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly. The event planning committee is reaching out to the community to ask for their help in making this year's celebration a memorable one.

Volunteers are needed to help with a range of tasks, including setting up and taking down equipment, parking control, crowd and access monitoring, and assisting with children's activities. Roughly 25 volunteers are needed to execute the event, and shifts are two hours each. This is a great opportunity for individuals, families, and groups to get involved in their community and make a positive impact.

"We are so excited to be able to bring this event back for another year to our City,” says committee chair John Arnold. “We appreciate anyone and everyone who can step up to assist as it's vital to the overall success of the event."

Volunteers will receive training and support from city staff to ensure they are equipped to handle their assigned tasks. Each volunteer will get a Volunteer t-shirt, a shift meal and reserved parking. They will also have the opportunity to meet new people, gain valuable skills, and contribute to a great cause.
