Livestreaming Now AvailablePaso Robles is now livestreaming audio and presentations from City Council and Planning Commission meetings. It is a convenient way for residents to be informed and understand what is happening in their City if they don't have time to make it to meetings. Please Read and Comment: Gateway EIR The Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Paso Robles Gateway Annexation is available for community review and comment from February 28 - April 13, 2020. The site is 170 acres at the intersection of Highway 101 and Highway 46W and includes two hotels with up to 425 rooms, approximately 75,600 sf of commercial space, a 30,000-sf conference center and up to 97 residential units. South Vine Street would be realigned to connect with Theatre Drive. Details

Please Read and Comment: Beechwood EIR Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Beechwood Specific Plan is available for community review and comment from March 10 - April 24, 2020. The project includes applications for 911 residential units, including at least 150 multi-family residential units; 5.6± acres of commercial/mixed-use development; an 8-acre± public park; and 20± acres of open space.
