Wineries, Breweries & DistilleriesOn Saturday, March 13, the State updated its guidance for wineries, breweries and distilleries that don’t serve food. With SLO County in the Red Tier that means wineries, breweries and distilleries can operate outdoors with modifications. These businesses must require reservations, limit visits to no more than 90 minutes, regularly sanitize tables and surfaces, space tables at least six feet apart, and require use of face coverings by employees and guests (when not seated at their table).

No other observers, including scouts and college recruiters, are allowed. - Age-appropriate supervision should be limited to a single adult (or immediate family member older than the sport participant).
- Observers should be limited to ensure physical distance can be maintained, reduce potential crowding, and maintain indoor capacity limits.
- Household groups must wear face coverings and stay at least 6 feet from non-household members.

The bill provides eviction protection for tenants who pay at least 25% of their rent through June and provides $2.6 billion in federal funds for rent subsidies that will help pay most past-due rent by low-income tenants dating back to last April.
