City Manager Retirement Event

Please join the City of Paso Robles for a drive-through sendoff for retiring City Manager Tom Frutchey. After five years with the City and a long career in city management and the private sector, Tom Frutchey is retiring. The public is invited to say goodbye to Mr. Frutchey on Friday, April 16, 2021 from 4:30-5:30 PM in the City Hall/Library parking lot - just look for the balloons marking the route.

City Receives Grant for Crosswalk Upgrades at Appaloosa and Niblick

The City of Paso Robles was awarded a Highway Safety Improvement Grant for crosswalk upgrades at Appaloosa Drive and Niblick Road. The grant will pay for push button flashing lighting, extension and widening of the median to create a pedestrian refuge island, and enhanced road striping. Details

Temporary Scanning Assistant

The part-time scanning assistant position will generally perform such duties as scanning and document retention for the City Manager's Office. Police Officer (Academy Grad/Entry Level)

Under general supervision and in cooperation with the community, perform law enforcement and crime prevention work to provide for the safety of the public, including: Patrols a designated area of the City in a radio-equipped car, motorcycle, or on foot, for the prevention of crime and enforcement of traffic laws and regulations; directs traffic; prepares reports of arrests made, investigations conducted and illegal incidents observed; apprehends and arrests criminals; performs other related duties as required or assigned. Translation Services Available

The City of Paso Robles is using a new translation service to help callers more quickly. The service allows City staff to easily connect to a third-party translation service via a conference call. The service has been in use by the Police Department for some time and will now be available to all departments when callers access the City’s information line at 805.227.7276.
