Paso Robles City Council Meeting Highlights Special Meeting of the City CouncilJuly 20, 2021With the reopening of California and removal of meeting capacity restrictions, the City of Paso Robles has returned to in-person meetings for City Council. Residents now have the option to attend the meeting in person or to participate remotely. To participate remotely, residents can listen to the meeting live on the radio at 1230AM or livestream the meeting at www.prcity.com/youtube, and call (805) 865-7276 to provide public comment via phone. The phone line will open just prior to the start of the closed session meeting and again prior to the start of the meeting.

Council did the following:Approved Tenant Selection for Lease Agreement for 4309 Second Wind Way.
The City of Paso Robles owns and leases out the property at 4309 Second Wind Way. The previous tenant, Justin Vineyards, vacated the premises in June in accordance with their lease terms. The City received three proposals to lease the space and City Council selected G3 Enterprises, who will use the 40,000sf/7-acre property for warehousing and distribution of alcoholic beverages and related products and general office purposes. The lease term is five years.View the discussion here
