Learn To: Knit

Thursday, January 2, 2:00-3:00 pm
For ages 9-13

Have you ever wanted to learn how to knit? Now is your chance! Come learn the basic stitch you need to knit a hat, scarf, blanket, even sweater! Participants will leave with a coaster they knit themselves. Space is limited. Registration required.

Family Game Day

Lego Build

For families

See if you’ve got what it takes to be a Master Builder. Each build will have a different theme and challenge to put your building abilities to the test. Those that complete the challenge will see their creations on display in the Library following the build.

Kindermusik with Nancy Knox

Kindermusik is a popular class offered through the Paso Robles Recreation Department and we are lucky to have Nancy offer a free sample class for our Library patrons. Much like our popular Mother Goose on the Loose program for our youngest patrons, Nancy’s Kindermusik program brings music and movement together in a way that encourages explorative play and family interaction.

January Maker Monday--Snow Globes

For ages 7-12
Create your own handheld winter wonderland! Have you ever wondered what goes in to making a snow globe? Craft a cute winter scene, complete with realistic snow-falling action!

Pre-school Storytime with Miss Melissa (3-6yrs), Mondays, 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. No Storytime January 21.

Grade-School Storytime with Miss Frances (1st-5th grades), Wednesdays, starting at 2:30 p.

Mother Goose on the Loose (Baby Storytime) with Miss Carrie (0-18mos),Thursdays, 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.

Toddler Storytime with Miss Cappy (18mos-3yrs), Fridays, 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
