Do I need to pay for parking if I am parked in a space marked with a green curb?

No. If you are parked in a time limited space marked with a green curb, you do not have to pay for parking. You can only be parked in a time limited space for the posted amount of time. If you need to park for a longer period of time, you must park in a regular space and pay for parking.
