Employees and business owners can purchase a downtown employee parking permit for $5 per month per vehicle. Downtown employee parking permits are valid daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM in posted permit parking lots. More information on parking permits can be found at www.prcity.com/parking.
Permit holders can choose to park on-street but will be subject to the on-street paid parking rules. This means that if you plan on parking for more than 1 day downtown, it is more cost effective to purchase an employee permit and park in the permit parking lots.
