NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of El Paso de Robles (“City”) invites and will receive sealed Bids up to but not later than 2 p.m. on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at the office of the City Clerk, located at 1000 Spring Street, Paso Robles, CA 93446, for the furnishing to City of all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary for Barney Schwartz Park Upper Playground Replacement - REBID, DPW PROJECT NO. 18-24B (the “Project”)

Any and all inquiries and comments regarding this Bid must be communicated in writing, unless otherwise instructed by the City. The City may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any Bidder who engages in any prohibited communications.

A NON-MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for Thursday, November 14, 2019 at 8:30 a.m. to review the Project's existing conditions at the upper playground at Barney Schwartz Park, 2970 Union Rd., Paso Robles. Representatives of the City and consulting engineers, if any, will be present. Questions asked by Bidders at the Pre-Bid Conference not specifically addressed within the Contract Documents shall be answered in writing, and shall be sent to all Bidders present at the Pre-Bid Conference.
