Following the closure of the informal bid submittal period, bids will be opened and reviewed for performing work as follows:

Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental to LANDSCAPE & LIGHTING DISTRICT #1 – MAINTENANCE AREA 7, DPW Project No. 20-22E, in accordance with the Contract Documents and to the satisfaction of the City of El Paso de Robles.  The work is generally described as parkway, median, slope and open space landscape and irrigation maintenance for Landscape & Lighting District #1, Zone 14, Sub Areas 8, 11 and 43; Standalone Sub Areas 9, 44, 59, 68, 74, 81, 88, 98, 102, 106 and 110.
