Following the closure of the bid submittal period, bids will be publicly opened and read for performing work as follows:  Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental to the construction of the project known as SEP MUD-ROTARY MONITORING WELLS INSTALLATION, DPW PROJECT NO. 20-28, according to drawings and specifications prepared by the City of El Paso de Robles and according to the Contract Documents. The work shall include but is not limited to construction and testing of up to three (3) four-inch diameter monitoring wells in accordance with these Specifications and to the satisfaction of the City all as shown on the plans and/or as specified herein.
